In 2019 ‘Receptionist of the Year’ was first launched to celebrate front-of-house receptionists working in the corporate sector.
In 2025, we evolved the competition by adding another category, ‘Reception Leader of the Year’ to recognise the pivotal role they play in the corporate guest services sector.
‘Workplace Host of the Year’ was added in 2026, to recognise those individuals that are managing and looking after client internal employees on the corporate guest services sector.
Corporate Guest Services Awards will grow in the upcoming years with further categories to come.
