The Corporate Guest Services Awards

In 2019 ‘Receptionist of the Year’ was first launched to celebrate front-of-house receptionists working in the corporate sector.

In 2025, we evolved the competition by adding another category, ‘Front-of-house leader of the year’ to recognise the pivotal role they play in the corporate guest services sector.

We will add further categories to the Corporate Guest Services Awards in the upcoming years.

Who are these Awards Aimed at?

There are 2 categories: Receptionist of the Year and Reception Leader of the Year. It recognises frontline individuals and leaders who consistently deliver exceptional service, creating outstanding experiences for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
